Health and happiness have been my personal focus for many years.

After encountering undiagnosed physical, mental, and emotional imbalances that contributed to disharmony, I delved into holistic wellness. In 2014, I participated in my first holistic juicing retreat, where I witnessed healing and miracles on various levels.

Since then, I have immersed myself in holistic health, beauty, healing, and detoxing. Personally and professionally, I see these aspects as interconnected and feel fortunate to align with my soul's mission. The positive experiences have inspired me to share and educate others.
